About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting.
The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

Biànca is looking for a professional and focused Cook to join the team.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and a genuine passion for producing exceptional Italian food. You'll be joining a collaborative kitchen where quality, consistency and teamwork are at the heart of every service. This role will be best suited to someone who: 

• Has experience in a quality kitchen environment
• Holds equivalent experience, or is pursuing trade qualifications
• Manages volume prep and maintains consistency during service
• Has pasta-making experience or an eagerness to learn
• Takes pride in mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness
• Confidently follows recipes, plating guides, and kitchen systems
• Thrives in a fast-paced team and communicates well under pressure
• Shows a genuine passion for Italian cuisine and great produce
• Enjoys contributing ideas within a collaborative kitchen
