About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting. The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

Biànca is looking for a casual kitchen hand to join the team. You will play a vital support role in the kitchen, helping to maintain the flow of service through cleanliness, organisation and teamwork. This position is suited to someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a focused and high-performing team.

• Positive attitude in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Willingness to perform cleaning, dishwashing and lifting tasks as needed
• Previous kitchen experience is highly regarded
• Suitable for those on a student visa or seeking part-time casual work
